Stockport Gas Appliances Exhibition, 1882, a silver award medal, unsigned, arms flanked by lion and standing Britannia, rev. wreath, named (Awarded to Class V, for any new application of Gas for Manufacturing and Trade Purposes generally and for Motive Power, J.E.H. Andrew & Co, Stockport, for their Bisschop small Gas Engine), 51mm (Banham 444, this piece; Allen –). Some light scuffing, otherwise good very fine and very rare (£80-100)
