George III (1760-1820), Pattern Halfcrown, 1817, by T. Wyon, in silver, small laureate head right, rev. crowned shield with garnishing overlapping the Garter, edge grained, 14.15g/12h (ESC 619/627; Selig –). Practically mint state, attractively toned, excessively rare (£3,500-4,000)
