David II (1329-1371), Second coinage, Groat, Edinburgh, series A, mm. cross pattée, young bust left breaking tressure of six arcs, nothing in spandrels, 4.22g/6h (SCBI 35, 369, same obv. die; B 10, fig. 257; S 5091). Some slight scratching on obverse, otherwise about very fine, toned (£200-250)
