Aylesbury, Lutwyche’s Halfpenny, 1796, laureate bust of William III right, rev. cap of Liberty and crossed flags, edge grained, 8.87g/6h (DH 7; Preston-Morley 1023). Weak definition in centre typical of these pieces struck on lighter flans, better than very fine with a hint of original colour
