Birmingham, John Gregory Hancock, Halfpenny or medal, 1800, bust right, sir original around, rev. this is my work iohn gregory hancock aged 7 years…industry produceth wealth, edge plain, 13.67g/12h (DH 140). Die flaws on obverse rim, a small spot in exergue and trifling surface marks in upper reverse field, otherwise mint state with full diffused original colour, very rare £1,500-2,000
