Greek Coinages, Sicily, Punic issue, Tetradrachm, c. 320-300, wreathed head of Arethusa left, wearing triple-pendant ear-ring and necklace; before, dolphin above caduceus; in exergue, mem mem, rev. horse head left, palm tree to right, 17.28g/12h (Jenkins, Punic 223). Small scratches on high points, otherwise good very fine and toned £400-500
