An Army Distinguished Service Cross group of six named to Technical Sergeant Clarence E. Bowman, 73rd Armoured Field Artillery Battalion, 9th Armoured Division, who was killed/died 26 March 1945

Clarence E. Bowman served in the Army, 27 September 1938-26 March 1945. As a Technician Fourth Grade in the Headquarters Battery, 73rd Armoured Field Battalion, 9th Armoured Division, he was killed/died on 26 March 1945. His body was buried in the Leavenworth National Cemetery, Kansas.

Notes with the lot state that the D.S.C. was a posthumous award.
