Date of Auction: 6th September 2016

Sold for £340

Estimate: £100 - £200

A gentleman’s stainless steel Omega Seamaster automatic calendar wristwatch, 1970s, the signed circular dial with applied baton hour markers, date aperture at 3 and sweep seconds hand, within cushion-shaped brushed steel case with signed screw down back, to track-link bracelet strap with deployant clasp, bracelet numbered 653, dial diameter 42mm. £100-200

Condition Report

The dial and hands appear fine, but the glass is scuffed and nibbled around the edge. The watch runs when wound but remains untested for timekeeping. The case shows some slight wear in the form of small scratches and dents, but nothing major. The bracelet is in similar condition, with a little more wear to the clasp. We recommend all watches purchased at auction will require a full service.
