An amethyst, peridot and gold medallion set bracelet, composed of openwork links each centred alternately with a millegrained collet set round-cut amethyst or peridot, spaced by medallion links bearing the arms of the Yorkshire Union of Golf Clubs, two medallions hallmarked for 18ct gold by Mappin & Webb, the third of similar design, and stamped ‘9ct’ and ‘M & W’, bracelet broken, length 18cm. £300-500

Condition Report

The coloured stones are bright and lively and show light wear only. The bracelet is broken, with one stone set link damaged. It has also been adapted, with one of the medallions being a later replacement - two are hallmarked for 18ct gold and bear maker’s mark ‘M&W’, the third is stamped ‘9ct’; the ring bolt clasp is later, being a slightly different colour gold, and the two links either side of the clasp are also later additions. Gross weight 20.6gm.
