A five stone sapphire and diamond ring, the three graduated brilliant-cut diamonds and two mixed-cut sapphires with pairs of rose-cut diamond points between, claw set to raised scrolled gallery, mounted in yellow precious metal, stamped ‘18’ and ‘GRB & Co’, ring size M. £300-500

Condition Report

The old brilliant-cut diamonds weight 0.2, 0.4 and 0.18 carats respectively, are bright, with an average estimated clarity of SI1 and an average estimated colour of I-J (assessed whilst mounted). The rose-cut diamonds are all present and correct. The sapphires are deep blue, well matched, shows some rubbing of facet edges. The mount has heavily retipped claws, and light wear all over.
