Allied Irish Bank, two booklets first: a preliminary printers proof booklet for an unadopted £5 trial note, ND (1986), includes four proofs: first obverse and reverse with complete design, no serial numbers or date, with simplified bank name AIB Bank at top left, Scanlan signature, colour bars in lower margin, second uniface, obverse die proof, teal and purple print on white paper, third obverse multicolour litho underprint, reverse fully printed, with colour bars in lower margin, fourth uniface, reverse die proof, black print, all proofs printed on watermarked paper, this trial is smaller in size compared with the issued £5 of 1990, second: a booklet including six progressive proofs showing various stages of the litho underprints, three obverse, two reverse and and one with complete underprint on obverse and reverse,booklet has a paper cover with printers annotations, stapled at top, printers annotations, uncirculated, extremely interesting and unique (2 booklets)
