An aquamarine set cannetille brooch, 1830s, the cannetille work setting centred with an oval mixed-cut aquamarine in open back collet setting, within a typical scrolling burr surround, length 2.5cm. £200-£260

Condition Report

The aquamarine is quite a pale light blue, a few very tiny abrasions to the facet edges,. The cannetille order is in generally good condition, just a tiny break at one point where a scrolling arc is detached. The mount is untested. Weight 4.8gm.
