Pattern Half Decimal Penny, 1859, unsigned [by L.C. Wyon], in bronze, bust left with jewelled diadem, rev. Britannia seated right, edge plain, 4.53g/12h (BMC 1981; F 686). Area of rust spotting below Queen’s ear, metal fault in left field and some pitting in reverse field, otherwise good very fine and patinated, extremely rare (£200-250)
