Horace Copley enlisted into the K.R.R.C. on 9 August 1905. Serving with the 1st battalion in the Great War, he was posted as missing on 3 November 1914. Having been captured, he was held as a prisoner-of-war of the Germans at Gustrew Camp. Repatriated after the war, he was transferred to the Army Reserve on 1 April 1919. Sold with copied servce papers.
