THE OAK SOCIETY, 1750, a silver medal by C.N. Roettier and T.Pingo, bust of Prince Charles right, from the same puncheon used on lot 727, reverse withered oak in centre, flourishing sapling to left, REVIRESCIT, 34mm (Woolf 62:1 [Sale, lot 168]; M.I. 655/359; E. 625). Has been cleaned in the past and with attendant hairlines and marks, otherwise about extremely fine (£90-120)
