Silver, Second period [24 October 1561 to December 1571, contemporary with Third hammered issue], Sixpence, 1562, mm. star, broad bust D, elaborate dress, small rose, curly z in elizabeth, cross pattée rev., fine border teeth, 2.97g/7h (Borden/Brown 30, O3/R2; N 2028; S 2597). A few surface marks, otherwise good fine, reverse better; far superior to the Borden/Brown plate coin £150-200
